THE PATHWAY
From ranked to the stage.
Eleven of our current starters came through the Kennel Academy. There is no secret door — just a visible ladder, and coaches who actually watch the tape.
Build the whole person.
Academy players train with the same analysts, sports scientists and media team as the main roster. School, sleep and salary are not afterthoughts.
Earn the crest.
No fast-tracking. Academy players earn minutes in official competition, then step up when the coaching staff believes the moment is right.
